Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) is a statewide program that helps eligible Wisconsin households pay for heating and electric costs. It offers both regular financial assistance and emergency (crisis) support for situations like utility shutoffs or no heat. Additional services may include help with repairing or replacing heating systems and improving energy efficiency, with eligibility based primarily on household income.

 

BadgerCare Plus

BadgerCare Plus is a Wisconsin health insurance program that provides low- or no-cost coverage for eligible children, pregnant individuals, and adults with limited income. It covers a wide range of services, including doctor visits, hospital care, prescriptions, mental health treatment, and preventive care, helping ensure access to essential healthcare across the state.
